History Of Danny's Enterprises Company Limited

• 1992- DECL is established and located at 32 Riley Road Claxton Bay. Main activities are paving of driveways and tennis courts.
• 1992-1996 – Company grows doing larger jobs such as paving of car parks and minor roads.
• 1997- Teams with Geotechnics America Inc. of the USA to install WICK drains at the Cleveland Cliffs Site in Point Lisas for their Client Bechtel International. This is the first time WICK drains are installed in Trinidad and Tobago.
• 1998- Worked with Keller Hayward Baker International to install approximately 12000 stone columns using approximately 300 000 tons of selected aggregate at the Atlantic LNG plant in Point Fortin, Trinidad. This is the first time that this type of work is done in Trinidad.
• 1999- Danny’s Enterprises teams with Dredging International of the DEME Group based in Belgium for the reconstruction of Berth IV at the PLIPDECO port, Point Lisas. DECL is the local representative for Dredging International in Trinidad up to present day.
• 2000- Super Pave Ltd. is formed. DECL sets up a sister company to manufacture and sell hot and cold asphaltic mix. A used asphalt plant is purchased and completely refurbished.
• 2000-2004 – Expands equipment fleet and continues to carry out civil engineering and asphalt paving jobs for private sector companies and government agencies.
• 2004- ISO-9001 certification granted for Super Pave Ltd. This is the only ISO 9001 certified asphalt plant in the Caribbean.
• 2005- Purchases a Wirtgen 1000F milling machine and markets its services to the government of Trinidad and Tobago. Other contractors soon follow.
• 2006- Signed a Memorandum of Understanding with LATT (1978) to manufacture and market TLA cold mix. The only asphalt producer in Trinidad to have a signed agreement with the LATT.
• 2007- Purchases a WR 2400 recycler and is the only contractor in Trinidad and Tobago offering Cold In Place recycling services for roadways. 
• 2007- Invested heavily in upgrading equipment with new compactors, spreaders and milling machines.
• 2008- Super Pave Ltd. Commissions the new CIBER 120 ton per hour batch plant called AP3.
• 2009- Both asphalt plants at Super Pave Ltd. are re-certified to the updated ISO-9001:2008
• 2009- Signed MOU with TCL to promote the use of cement and lime in road construction in Trinidad and Tobago.
• 2009- Millennium Laboratories Ltd. is set up by Danny’s Enterprises to provide In house quality controls as well as testing for customers. The purchase of a Penetradar System is made to scan roads and bridges and provide complete mapping.
• 2009- Panama Asphalt is set up in Panama City to market TLA cold mix to Central America.
• 2010- Forms partnership with Trinidad Cement Limited to market its products in Panama
• 2010- Purchases the 100% of the assets of Caribbean Groundfix S.A in Panama
